Refund Policy

Three-Day Grace Period Policy

When you sign up for an application package with Ivy Strategist, we provide you with a three-day grace period following your kickoff meeting. During this time, you have the flexibility to make changes to your package or consulting arrangement:

1.⁠ ⁠Add Schools

- You can add additional schools and still benefit from our bulk package rate.

2.⁠ ⁠Reduce Schools

- If you reduce the number of schools, consulting fees will be adjusted based on our applicable fee schedule and the updated number of schools selected.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancel Services

- If you choose to cancel, you will be refunded after deducting:
- $375 per hour for the time spent on your application.
- A $700 processing fee.

After the three-day grace period, we maintain a *strict no-refund policy*. However, we offer you the option to switch to a different consultant within Ivy Strategist to ensure you receive the best possible support.
